About
The practice provides in-person and virtual counseling, continuing education, and mental health resources across Arkansas and Oklahoma. Their approach helps people reorient themselves on their life map with honesty and clarity, then walk with them through a therapeutic relationship and proven methods to support healing and growth. They offer a bridge to help people move toward where they’re meant to be. With a focus on relationships, GPS Therapies helps people define and improve these relationships, much like a GPS helps understand where they are and where they’re going. They support clients in rebuilding a life map, a new sense of orientation, and help them find the best path forward. Understanding where they are in their relationships is key to healing and growth. The practice is located in the Tulsa area and Northwest Arkansas, and they proudly provide affirming care for the LGBTQ+ community and create a safe, inclusive space for clients of all identities.
