Her approach is warm, honest, and genuinely collaborative. She helps clients understand the parts of themselves that created their problems and gives them what they need. Meredith's practice is fully virtual, allowing clients to work from the comfort of their own homes. She uses a three-phase approach, which includes Shelter (safety and stabilization), Trail (processing and unburdening), and Vista (integration and growth). This approach gives structure to the work without making it rigid. Meredith is licensed in Montana, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington, and has completed various training programs, including the Comprehensive Internal Family Systems Therapy Course and Sandtray Therapy. She is currently pursuing Level One IFS training. Meredith's goal is to help clients heal and grow, not just manage their symptoms. She is warm, direct, and genuinely curious about her clients, and will notice patterns and ask questions that go deeper than what they came in with.
