With a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College, Dr. Armbrust specializes in relationship issues, depression, and anxiety. She utilizes tools from CBT, psychodynamic approaches, and family systems thinking to help individuals, couples, and families discover patterns, motivation, and ways of thinking or communicating. Dr. Armbrust is APIT certified through PSYPACT to provide telehealth in 39 states, including Pennsylvania. She is committed to helping clients achieve meaningful change and reduce stress, anxiety, and feelings of depression over time.
