Mercy Centre is a program of Catholic Charities located in Worcester, Massachusetts, founded by the Sisters of Mercy and Catholic Charities in the 1960’s. Our programmatic services are tailored to meet individualized needs and preferences, with an emphasis on self-determination, independence and individual control. We serve over one hundred adults with developmental disabilities ages eighteen and over in four different programs from the Worcester County extended area. Our ultimate goal is to enrich lives through employment, training, skill building and a full range of activities, helping people to build self-esteem, independence, communication skills and encouraging interactions with peers and community members. With fifty years of experience, Mercy Centre is committed to providing meaningful employment and opportunities to help people reach their full potential.
