She specializes in anxiety, obsessive-compulsive (OCD), trauma, and PTSD, and has achieved great success with clients using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), client-centered, and psycho-dynamic therapies, along with dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills. Melissa works with clients aged 5 and up, and her practice includes those who have experienced trauma, struggled with recent life changes, and suffer from mood and/or anxiety disorders.
