About
She specializes in helping parents of toddlers, children, and teens who are experiencing anxiety, defiance, aggression, or other challenging behaviors. Whether a child has a formal diagnosis or not, Meghan welcomes families to her practice. She uses evidence-based therapies, such as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and SPACE, to provide parents with real tools to help their child directly. Meghan also works one-on-one with children and teens experiencing anxiety and depression. Her approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, aiming to calm the chaos and strengthen the parent-child connection. Meghan invites families to reach out for a free 15-minute consult to discuss how she can help.
