She utilizes evidence-based therapies such as CBT, TF-CBT, and mindfulness approaches, as well as Brainspotting and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. With a strong educational background from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Meghan is dedicated to helping her clients identify patterns, behaviors, and ways of thinking that hinder their progress. By working together, Meghan and her clients can develop tools and strengths to overcome their challenges.
