The practice is led by Megan Toth, LPC, who specializes in working with individuals struggling with adjustment difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD/Autism. Megan approaches therapy from a biopsychosocial lens, understanding that multiple factors blend together making all of us our own unique individual. She offers traditional, individual therapeutic sessions, as well as Geek Therapeutics for individuals who want to incorporate their hobbies and interests into the counseling process using evidence-based methods in either individual or group sessions. The practice's aim is to give clients the chance to take a pause in their day and focus on healing and meeting their own needs.
