Megan uses an integrative approach to therapy, combining client-centered therapy with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure response therapy (ERP), mindfulness training, sand tray, expressive arts, play therapy interventions, and acceptance response therapy (ART). She is also trained in eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) and is a registered play therapist through the Association of Play Therapy (APT). Megan provides therapy for individuals of all ages and families of all dynamics, addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, and other chronic mental health issues.
