I seek to create a safe, warm, and trusting therapeutic space where clients of all backgrounds, races, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, disabilities, and socioeconomic statuses feel supported and heard. I am especially interested in working with trauma, dissociative tendencies, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ populations, identity exploration, attachment, feelings of stuck-ness, and more! As a therapist, I believe that we are all capable and deserving of exploring our experiences and emotions. I am passionate about working together to explore these experiences, emotions, as well as the barriers that get in the way of living and feeling like your full self.
