Megan Gleicher provides evidence-based, compassionately driven psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families in West Palm Beach, FL. Her mission is to improve the quality and consistency of mental and emotional health for all people, as well as to promote access and reduce the stigma of mental health needs in historically underserved populations. Megan has extensive experience and expertise in helping those experiencing traumas, depression, family conflicts, stress and anxiety, complex grief, addiction, intimacy fears, thought distortions and relationship complications. She takes a dialectical approach to therapy, focusing on building trust and emotional safety, and constructively working toward prioritized needs or goals. Sessions are interactive, conversational and educational, aiming to identify blind spots and promote acceptance of responsibility for change in life.
