Founded by Megan Fedele, the practice aims to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change in their lives. The team of licensed therapists, including Megan, Cara Casey, Kenisha De La Rosa, Dave McPherson, Laura Marino, Cassandra Hayes, and Lauryn, offer a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy, focusing on each client's unique needs and strengths. They work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, family conflict, and major life changes, helping them find balance, clarity, and confidence. With a warm, relational style and a strengths-based perspective, the therapists at ReCentered Therapy strive to create a supportive environment where clients can slow down, reflect, and move forward with confidence. The practice has two locations, one in Salem, NH, and another in Hyannis, MA, and offers virtual sessions to clients in New Hampshire. ReCentered Therapy is committed to fostering growth in both the people they serve and the clinicians who are part of the practice.
