About

I believe having intentional support for the healing process is essential and that's why I'm here. I focus on attachment work, resolution and recovery from PTSD/complex PTSD, intergenerational trauma patterns; targeting the many ways that hurts and betrayals leave their mark on our hearts and nervous systems, interrupting connection to self and others. Growth and healing is hard work. If you're ready I'll be there with you, step by step. Healing attachment wounds in order to create the relationships we truly desire is a passion of mine. I use perspectives based in neuroscience and understandings of our nervous system in supporting both monogamous and non-monogamous clients. I also use the creative process and body-based therapy (Somatic Experiencing) to create dialogue with our wisest self. Coming from a fine art background, I weave the power of intention and intuition into counseling. I aim to unearth and (re)activate the healing energy of flow and connection. My goal is to provide you with a well of resources to draw on when you need them, for you to know what true alignment with yourself feels like, and how to find it in any situation.
