Meg, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), provides support for various difficulties, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. The practice serves individuals and new parents, helping them heal, reconnect with their sense of self, and maintain relationships. With a focus on perinatal mental health, Meg supports first-time parents through the perinatal period. Outside of counseling, she is an outdoor enthusiast and serves on the Board for Postpartum Support International (PSI), Idaho Chapter.
