Meg, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), provides support for various difficulties, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. The practice serves individuals and new parents, helping them heal, reconnect with their sense of self, and maintain relationships. With a focus on perinatal mental health, Meg supports first-time parents through the perinatal period. Outside of counseling, she is an outdoor enthusiast and serves on the Board for Postpartum Support International (PSI), Idaho Chapter. Meg's approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and incorporates humor. She is dedicated to fostering supportive communities and forming deep connections with her clients. With a diverse background, including high school counseling and life coaching, Meg brings a unique perspective to her practice. She is passionate about helping individuals realize their full potential and navigate life's challenges and opportunities.
