Lifeologie Counselor Meagan Mulcahy works with individuals and families to overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and behavioral, emotional or attachment difficulties in Raleigh, NC. She approaches counseling through a client-led, integrative perspective, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), structural family therapy, and family systems theory. Meagan also utilizes techniques from solution-focused therapy and emotion-focused therapy, tailoring therapy to each client's specific needs.
