Maura's approach is strengths-based and client-centered, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches such as play therapy, Theraplay, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and attachment-based therapy. Maura is working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist and often uses creative techniques like visual aids, games, and activities to help children and families understand and process their experiences.
