About
SoulLife is a practice that provides individual therapy, parent support, group therapy, and career counseling for adults, pre-teens, young adults, gifted, and neurodivergent individuals. They support faith, build confidence, and foster self-improvement. The practice is led by Mary Leidy, a Clinical Social Work/Therapist with over 30 years of experience. She has a deep connection for teens facing mental health challenges and has worked extensively with individuals experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. SoulLife's approach is integrative, grounded in the belief that all people have strengths and talents that may need to be rediscovered. They believe in mental health access for all and can integrate Christian principles with traditional therapy.
