With a background in research and a Master's in Social Work from The Ohio State University, Mary has developed a knack for understanding the intricacies of the human mind. She works with adults and adolescents in inpatient and outpatient settings to address concerns around anxiety, depression, personality disorders, substance use disorders, complex trauma, and PTSD. Mary's approach is multi-faceted and trauma-informed, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as humanistic, narrative, internal family systems, and motivational interviewing. She is committed to high ethical standards and offers a confidential space of humility, curiosity, and unconditional positive regard to her clients.
