CareerWorks360, led by Mary Feduccia, offers career coaching and counseling services in Baton Rouge and virtually for high school students, college students, and adults in transition. Dr. Feduccia provides guidance through an assessment process, planning a career path, and coaching individuals to a college major or job that fits. The practice focuses on individual abilities, interests, personalities, and values before making effective career decisions. CareerWorks360 uses the Highlands Ability Battery, a three-hour objective inquiry into the abilities and ability patterns of each individual, to match assessment results with possible careers. Dr. Feduccia has a distinguished career, counseling hundreds of students and adults to career success, and has received several major awards for her work in career development.
