She has diverse experience, having worked with women transitioning out of prison and in her private practice with men, women, adolescents, and children. Mary Carol is dedicated to helping individuals heal past wounds, address current difficulties, and develop tools to alleviate suffering. She provides personalized care that fosters growth, resilience, and lasting change. Mary Carol uses various therapeutic approaches, tailoring the counseling experience to fit each client's needs and personality. She is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for treating OCD and anxiety. For children ages 4 and up, Mary Carol incorporates play therapy to help them express feelings, learn skills, and gain confidence to navigate challenges.
