About
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. Helping others has always been my passion, but throughout life, I saw the beauty, power, and impact on healing the mind to improve one’s quality of life. I have experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, addiction, homelessness, grief, and low self-esteem. I use an eclectic therapy approach, as I honor the uniqueness in every individual I work with. As a dedicated, empathetic and compassionate professional, it is my goal to ensure my clients feel supported, empowered, safe, and validated. I aim to create a collaborative space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgement and reach their full potential.
