Maple Leaf Clinic

provides a wide variety of services to the community, including neuropsychological, educational, and psychological evaluations of children, adolescents, and adults. Psychotherapy is also available for people of all ages. The clinic offers social skills development for all ages, cognitive rehabilitation for brain damage using the REHABIT program, professional development, and educational or clinical consultation. Services are provided in-person, by phone, or through telehealth options, including FaceTime, Zoom, Doxy, Google Meet, and other platforms. Maple Leaf Clinic has openings for Medicaid and Medicare patients, as well as BlueCross BlueShield. They also have current openings for Medicaid but a waitlist for BCBS. The clinic is located in Rutland, VT, and serves the surrounding community.
