Mansfield Hall

Mansfield Hall is a living and learning community that empowers students with diverse learning needs to earn a college degree, develop authentic living skills, and create a meaningful life. Located in Burlington, VT, Mansfield Hall supports students who are college-capable, but may also benefit from additional academic, executive functioning, social, and/or independent living skill support. Their Four Core Areas of Living, Learning, Giving, and Engaging provide a framework for students to develop skills in self-monitoring, self-advocacy, and applied executive functioning, ultimately preparing them for independence and healthy interdependence as emerging young adults. By focusing on service learning, internships, social and life skills, friendship, and fun, Mansfield Hall's Core Term rounds out and deepens the college experience, providing students with the support and scaffolding they need to succeed. With a strong emphasis on community and social support, Mansfield Hall creates a vibrant living and learning environment that fosters growth, independence, and success for its students.
