The Maine Association for Persons in Supported Employment (MAPSE) is a not-for-profit membership organization dedicated to promoting the employment of people with disabilities. Our mission is to create a future where individuals with disabilities can live and work in their communities with dignity, respect and independence. We provide resources, training and technical assistance to employers, job seekers and service providers to ensure every person can realize their potential and access the support they need to succeed. We strive to make sure everyone has access to quality employment opportunities and the skills they need to build a successful career. Our members are committed to promoting inclusion and equality in the workplace and community, and to making sure everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential. MAPSE is committed to being a leader in the Employment First movement and helping to ensure that everyone has access to the same opportunities.
