About
She specializes in helping clients with anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and PTSD. Madelyn uses a trauma-informed approach and incorporates equine-assisted psychotherapy into her practice. This unique approach allows clients to reconnect with their bodies and understand how trauma affects their nervous system. Madelyn works with clients aged 9 and up, using a combination of techniques such as EMDR, DBR, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and somatic awareness. She offers therapy sessions in her office in Kennebunk, via telehealth, or at the barn with the equines in Gray. This allows clients to choose the setting that best suits their needs.
