Her extensive experience includes perinatal mental health, queer and transgender fertility/family building, depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual concerns, family of origin issues, and life transitions. Lyzanne offers individual psychotherapy and couples counseling for adults, taking a collaborative, person-centered approach to create a trusting and safe partnership with her clients. She utilizes a body-centered orientation, blending talk therapy with mindfulness and breathing exercises for a richer experience. As part of Luminations Psychotherapy and Wellness, Lyzanne is proud to provide LGBTQ affirming services to adults and adolescents, focusing on the mind body connection.
