Flower, LPC, MA, RYT, offers transpersonal wilderness therapy counseling to individuals seeking new ways of approaching life and evolving along their path. With over 26 years of experience guiding transformational practices through yoga and mindfulness, Lori provides her clients with unconditional positive regard while using nature-based interventions and somatic awareness. The practice combines connected, cognitive therapy, and somatic awareness to integrate clients' key emotional concerns with their desires to feel better mentally, emotionally, and physically. Lori specializes in emotional regulation, somatic awareness, self and co-regulation, grief and loss issues, trust building, and nature-based therapy, among other areas. She leads individual therapy sessions in person and online, using tools such as breathwork, meditation, and wilderness therapies. Lori has worked with diverse client populations at various institutions, including Boulder Prep High School, Northstar Transitions, and Kairos Wellness Collective. She is known for her progressive approach, providing a non-judgmental and nurturing environment for her clients to tap into their own intuition and work through life's challenges.
