Lois Spence, a licensed therapist and certified life coach, works with women, men, and teens who are done just surviving and ready to understand themselves. Her approach is direct and warm, using a person-centered approach and drawing from CBT, ACT, and mindfulness. Lois has a unique understanding of what it takes to start over, having rebuilt her life at 50. She is committed to helping her clients face what's hard and stay right there with them while they do. The practice is inclusive and welcoming to all bodies, genders, religions, sexual identities, abilities, and relationships. Lois Spence is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Trinity College.
