Little League Challenger Division is a San Francisco-based adaptive baseball program for boys and girls with physical and developmental challenges. Our games are 1-2 innings long and typically last about an hour, and all players play defensively and bat every inning. We use both traditional and synthetic baseball or softball fields and encourage the use of traditional fields so that participants can enjoy playing on the same type of field as their peers. Buddies are welcomed to assist Challenger athletes in the areas of batting, base running and defense, and often they are peer athletes who are participating in the Little League Baseball or Softball program. Our rulebook includes a best practices guide to operating a Challenger Division Game. Join us today and experience the joys of adaptive baseball!
