Specializing in anxiety disorders such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Linsay employs an individualized approach that incorporates various modalities, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Art Therapy. With training in Psychedelic-assisted therapy and ongoing training in MDMA-assisted therapy through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), Linsay provides a unique and comprehensive treatment experience. As a trained artist and holder of a degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University, Linsay's approach is deeply rooted in the principles of individuation and the belief in each individual's inner healer.
