Lindsay King, LPC, is the founder of Lotus, a human growth consultancy providing licensed mental health therapy and counseling services to kids, caregivers, and community mental health in the metro DC area. With over twenty years of experience, Lindsay empowers children and families to heal, grow, and thrive through a unique blend of evidence-based therapy, play, and expressive arts. Her consultancy focuses on helping children and families, kids in schools, girls and women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ communities. Lindsay uses expressive, DBT-informed therapy and training to foster human growth and promote growth and support thriving, happy people. She is licensed to practice in DC and VA, and is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA).
