Lena is licensed to practice in New Mexico and offers telehealth services, which she has found to be particularly effective for clients with anxiety, phobias, and PTSD. She uses a variety of treatment approaches, including EMDR therapy, and works with individuals of all ages, including teenagers, young adults, and adults.
