About
Founded on the principle that healing begins at home, the practice aims to help people come home – to themselves, to their truth, to a place of understanding and peace. With compassion and curiosity, the team creates space to explore, release, and reconnect. Their approach to therapy is grounded in attachment science, relational systems, and culturally responsive care, focusing on three key principles: healing within oneself, healing within relationships, and healing within one's story. The practice offers a range of services, including individual therapy, couples and relationship therapy, family and children therapy, trauma and recovery therapy, culturally responsive care, and life transitions and personal growth support. They prioritize structured treatment planning and ongoing progress measurement to ensure therapy remains focused, intentional, and effective. House of Healing provides Culturally and Linguistically Specific Services (CLSS) designed to honor each client's lived experience, identity, and community narrative, serving immigrant and first-generation communities, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) clients, Latinx/Hispanic families, LGBTQIA+ individuals and families, faith-integrated clients, and justice-impacted youth and families. The practice is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment for clients to explore their experiences, relationships, and challenges, and to develop the tools and insight needed to create meaningful change in themselves, their relationships, and their future.
