Leanne believes that mental health is intimately connected with spiritual and physical well-being, a powerful source of strength, connection, and resilience. She helps clients find a path towards healing what feels stuck through a trauma-sensitive approach, intentionally working with the body through sensation, emotion, and movement. Leanne's approach is grounded in a mind-body connection and a commitment to social justice. She is passionate about working with clients to support their growth and development, and is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for each individual. Leanne's services include EMDR Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and PACT Couples Therapy. She works with clients to help them integrate the language of the emotions, the language of the brain, and the language of the body, with the goal of stepping further into their trustiest selves. Leanne is a licensed therapist with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, with a concentration in Somatic Psychology. She has received additional trainings in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, among others. Leanne is committed to ongoing education and training to provide the best possible care for her clients.
