We assist parents in obtaining a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) for their child in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE), creating an Individual Education Plan (IEP) or Section 504 Plan, and securing an Independent Education Evaluation (IEE) without cost. We also prepare our clients for CSE, CPSE, IEP and Section 504 meetings, Due Process proceedings, and suspension hearings.
