Equipoise Integral Counseling LLC, led by Lavinia Magliocco, MS, LPC, CRC, is a Portland, OR-based practice providing trauma-informed, somatic psychotherapy to adolescents (16+) and adults. Their approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with somatic awareness, movement practices, and individualized treatment planning. They address a range of issues, including Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), chronic illness and pain, anxiety and depression, neurodiversity challenges, identity concerns, life transitions, and relationship issues.
