With a commitment to treating the whole person - spirit, mind, and body - Laurie provides holistic treatment to adults, adolescents, and couples dealing with various issues such as depression, anxiety, stress management, mood disorders, eating disorders, life transitions, burnout, compassion fatigue, relationship challenges, trauma, and abuse. She is also an EMDR provider. Laurie's approach is non-judgmental and compassionate, helping clients find healthy ways to cope with their struggles. The practice offers a free mental health 101 workshop, and Laurie has developed the PICK-ME-UP POCKET THERAPY SERIES, a set of portable reminders that incorporate real strategies and skills for a better, healthier, and happier life.
