Lauren's approach focuses on peeling back layers to reveal her clients' truth, worth, and potential. She believes in the strength and courage of her clients and is committed to partnering with them to achieve positive change. Lauren's specialties include Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD), Life Transitions, Religious Trauma, Faith Deconstruction & Reconstruction, Spirituality, Couples/Relationship Counseling, Codependency, Family Conflict, Coping Skills, Emotional Regulation, Identity and Self-Esteem, and Trauma & PTSD. She is trained in Brainspotting Phase I and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Lauren is available to work with clients Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm, with varying therapist availability.
