Lauren Hybza specializes in working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, life transitions, and interpersonal relationship issues, using an eclectic modality that includes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, Gottman method, person-centered, trauma-informed, relational, mindfulness, and family systems approaches. She is also a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and encourages body movement and breathwork to support overall health and wellbeing.
