Lauren C. McGauley, the founder, specializes in trauma, neurodiversity-affirming care, and performance coaching. She uses a holistic approach to meet clients where they are and provides a safe space for them to do the work. Lauren is passionate about mental health and creating safety for individuals to take up space and live a more authentic life. She is currently residing in Missouri but continues to work remotely, serving clients in Nevada, Arizona, and beyond via HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Lauren's background as a trauma survivor and her education in clinical mental health provide a unique approach to her work. She is committed to helping individuals reach their highest potential and break the stigma surrounding mental health.

Lauren specializes in performance coaching, helping athletes and individuals increase their mindset game to achieve higher performance in all areas of their life.
