Laura employs evidence-based, brief, and solution-focused techniques to spark needed change in the lives of her clients. Her areas of expertise include mood disorders, anxiety and worry, substance abuse disorders, problems with self-esteem, codependency, and other communication/relationship issues. Additionally, Laura has a special focus on trauma resolution in her practice, helping individuals recover from traumatic events and find increased strength and resilience. She provides a safe, accepting, and motivational environment for her clients to find their own way and go through every step of their journey. Laura is available to meet with clients to discuss their personal goals, what motivates them, and the treatment options that are available to them.
