About
With over 30 years of experience on the other side of the IEP table, Latina brings a unique blend of professional training and lived experience to her work. She has a Master's in Educational Leadership and Administration, a second Master's in Political and Justice Studies, and a post-baccalaureate certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Purdue. Latina's approach is centered around collaboration and empowerment, helping families to claim what their child is already entitled to receive and build an 'end game' education that works for them. She serves families in all 50 states virtually and offers in-person services within 25 miles of Lake Mary, Florida. Latina's work is informed by her credentials, including the Master IEP Coach certification, and her lived experience as a grandmother raising autistic grandsons and as someone who is neurodivergent herself. Through her From Chaos to Collaboration approach, Latina has supported families across nine states and has been published as a thought leader with the National Parents Union. Her first book, Tales from the IEP Table, is set to be released in 2026.
