LARC, Inc. has dedicated itself to meeting the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families living in Lee County and northern Collier County since 1954. The organization's mission is to empower and support people with disabilities and their families to achieve their full potential. LARC, Inc. accomplishes this mission through the provision of a continuum of community-based services, including vocational training, community residential services, and other state-of-the-art community inclusion services. The organization currently provides programs and services for approximately 300 local men and women annually, helping them live happier, fuller, and more productive lives in the community as independently as each is able. With a focus on community inclusion, LARC, Inc. has been working diligently for over six decades to educate the southwestern Florida community about developmental disabilities and fight prejudice and misconceptions regarding intellectual and developmental disabilities.

LARC offers vocational training via assembly, collating, and packaging of products at high volume to local businesses, providing individuals with the opportunity to learn workplace and life skills in a supervised setting.
Community Residential Services
LARC provides community residential services, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live in their own homes or group homes in the community.
Janitorial Services
LARC's Supported Employment Mobile Work Crew provides integrated marketable work and employment skills training via the completion of Janitorial services within a supervised enclave at a variety of locations in the Bonita Springs community.
Packaging & Assembly Services
LARC's Sub-Contract program offers vocational training via assembly, collating, and packaging of products at high volume to local businesses, providing individuals with the opportunity to learn workplace and life skills in a supervised setting.
