Our Child and Family Connections (CFCs) are located regionally around Illinois and serve as the entry point for early intervention services. Our CFCs provide initial service coordination, evaluation, and facilitate the delivery of early intervention services. Our team also works closely with families to develop individualized family service plans that are tailored to meet the needs of each child and family. We understand the importance of developing a comprehensive plan that will support a child’s overall well-being and success. We strive to empower families with the knowledge and resources needed to ensure that their child can reach their potential.
