LaDarien specializes in supporting those struggling with systemic and judicial oppression, trauma, depression, anxiety, family stress, mood disorders, ADHD, and life transitions. She utilizes techniques from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, attachment theory, Brainspotting, neuroscience, and psychodynamic exploration to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, learn distress tolerance, and build resiliency.
