About
Licensed art therapist and counselor Lacy Lowry uses mindfulness and art therapy to help adults and teens find more security and joy. She works with clients to find new ways to regulate their nervous system and change patterns that may be keeping them stuck, anxious, reactive, overwhelmed, or depressed. Lacy's goal is to facilitate and nurture her clients' own intuitive healing capacity. She believes that life should be joyful and relationships rewarding, and that deep change is not only possible but is what the body and mind desire and deserve. Lacy's practice is centrally located in John's Landing at the Paxson Yoga & Wellness Center, and she offers virtual and in-person appointments. She also offers a FREE 15-minute consult call to ensure a good fit. Sessions are 50 minutes or 80 minutes, and fees are $130 and $160 respectively. Lacy does not take insurance at this time, but offers some sliding scale options for clients with financial issues.
