About
Wild Arts Therapy, led by Lacy Hopper, takes a client-led approach to therapy, allowing individuals to be in the driver's seat when selecting their goals and deciding the focus of each session. They offer a variety of therapeutic options, including art therapy, traditional talk therapy, and equine-assisted psychotherapy, to meet the unique needs of their clients. With two convenient locations and virtual sessions available, Wild Arts Therapy strives to create a welcoming and supportive space for individuals to explore and grow. Lacy Hopper, a licensed mental health counselor and art therapist, has experience supporting people through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, autism, and ADHD, and combines art therapy with person-centered approaches, CBT, DBT, and traditional talk therapy.
