Laci specializes in trauma-informed care and life transitions, with a focus on birth trauma, life transitions, postpartum anxiety, healing, and reproductive counseling. Her therapeutic approach is informed by her background in birthwork and includes modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, somatic approaches, and expressive creative therapies. She also supports clients participating in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Laci works well with creatives, college-aged students, and those with flexible daytime schedules, and is passionate about supporting birthing individuals, parents, and families during periods of significant change. She welcomes clients from the LGBTQIA+ community and their families, and offers a safe and validating space for processing trauma and learning self-care.
