Kristin Foschi specializes in working with individuals and couples experiencing stress and anxiety related to significant life transitions, including pregnancy, perinatal loss, parenthood, and relationship changes. She offers a practical, integrative approach rooted in attachment theory, the vagus nerve, and the mind/body connection. Her expertise includes mindfulness, yoga, Polyvagal Therapy, and EMDR, which she uses to help clients navigate overwhelming life events and develop more adaptive patterns of thinking and behavior. Kristin has a particular interest in supporting clients through the challenges of parenthood, including fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences. With additional training in EMDR for Perinatal/Birth/Postpartum Trauma, PSI Components of Care, and Advanced Training in Psychotherapy for Perinatal Mood Disorders, Kristin is well-equipped to address the complex emotional and psychological needs of her clients.
