She is passionate about helping women navigate medical and emotional challenges throughout their reproductive journey, having completed training in perinatal mental health. Kristan's expertise also extends to working with children and families, having received training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She recognizes that seeking help can be overwhelming, but is committed to walking alongside her clients on their path to healing and growth.
